Getting Crafty

I finally felt the creative bug and I've really missed it!  I was inspired by my friend Jenny and her crafty self.  She makes great scrapbook pages and has a knack for decorating her cute house, too!  She made this cool collage and changes it out for each season. 

Here's what she inspired me to make today:

I had a 17x23 cork board and thumb tacked each square to the board.  I figure I can change this out for each season...or whenever I feel like it...and put the old squares in a little album.

Fun Morning

Max and I headed to Dublin this morning while Luis went on a bike ride to the top of Mt. Diablo.

We went to a Green Pancake Breakfast at the Dublin Fire Station.  Max got a fireman's hat and badge and we got to eat breakfast inside the fire station.  Max was a bit shy and stuck close to me, but he had a good time.

We then walked to Target and then checked out the staging area for the parade.  Max and I saw more horses and horse poo than we probably wanted. :-)

Glad I had a mother-son morning with Max!

 
 

Merry Christmas

I can't believe it's the end of 2010.  Too much going on and no energy to get it all done. 

I'm thankful that we'll have a nice Christmas this year, spent with family and friends.

I'm scrapbooking tomorrow!

I am scrapbooking tomorrow with my siamese twin, Rebecca.  I can't wait!

We are so goofy and have so much fun laughing.  (As you can see by us cracking up playing Apples to Apples a few months ago.)

 

Yay for beach weather!

Luis, Max and I went to Half Moon Bay this afternoon.  It felt so good to have sand between my toes and salt water rushing over my feet.
